Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Channel Sales Engineer with over 7 years of relevant experience in system engineering, cybersecurity, and technology solutions. This role demands a proven ability to collaborate with channel partners at the business execution or architect level, providing technical expertise and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system installation, configuration, and management of both UNIX/Linux and Windows systems, along with deep knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and modern cloud platforms.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partner bases, educating them on emerging trends, best practices, and solutions. This includes the ability to demonstrate product features, offer training and technical support, and develop strategic sales enablement tools for partners to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Partner Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and partner SEs (Sales Engineers), ensuring they understand the full value of our solutions and are equipped to drive sales.
•    Solution Enablement: Deliver technical demos, seminars, and best practices sessions to channel partners to help them fully grasp and showcase the benefits of our platform.
•    Technical Support & Training: Provide hands-on training and guidance for partner SEs on how to implement and troubleshoot our solutions, and assist them in creating evaluation services that highlight platform advantages.
•    Sales Enablement: Assist partners with technical resources throughout the sales cycle, particularly during the onboarding of new partners, and align efforts to meet revenue goals.
•    Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with other SEs, sales teams, and trainers to align on product strategies, marketing activities, and solution offerings.
•    Market Awareness & Growth: Collaborate with channel partners to expand our regional presence and increase awareness of our products through marketing activities, events, and public engagements.
•    AI & Emerging Technologies: Stay updated with the latest technological advancements, particularly AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud-native technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive technical excellence within the partner ecosystem.
Skills & Experience:
•    Minimum 7 years of experience as a System Engineer or Channel Sales Engineer in cybersecurity or related technical fields.
•    Deep technical expertise in:
o    UNIX/Linux and Windows system installation, configuration, and management.
o    Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and supporting OS such as Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile.
o    Cybersecurity Solutions such as NGFW (Next-Generation Firewalls), Web Proxy, Security Gateways, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), SAML/SSO, encryption gateways, and HSM (Hardware Security Modules).
o    Cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, Google Cloud, and experience in Active Directory services, including ADFS.
o    API Integration and knowledge of REST/SOAP, JSON, and enterprise architecture.
•    Knowledge of Certificate Management: Experience with certificates, key management systems, and related protocols.
•    AI & Latest Tech Stack: Familiar with AI-driven security solutions, Cloud-native architectures, Microservices, and DevSecOps practices. Comfortable discussing AI integration into enterprise solutions for threat detection, automation, and vulnerability management.
•    Sales & Business Acumen: Solid understanding of the sales cycle, partner recruitment, and global import/export processes, particularly in the cybersecurity and technology sectors.
•    Channel Strategy: Strong track record in partner enablement, technical sales support, and helping partners create technical demonstrations, evaluations, and go-to-market plans.
•    Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both executives and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    A BA/BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
•    Previous experience in managing partner ecosystems or working with channel partner programs is a significant plus.
